Former nightclub are turning into “hot properties” with Crate and Barrel looking to convert some warehouse-style nightclubs to retail space.
The reasons are the location, high ceilings and strong floors that can accommodate big box retailers.
This Toronto Commercial Real Estate market is moving away from nightclubs and more towards retail or residential space.
As mentioned in our previous Condo Blog, this new Toronto downtown population is looking for all the suburban amenities at their doorstep and they do prefer to walk, not drive.
