Can you imagine how Toronto Condos will have to accept this worthless extra tax in the buying and selling of top efficient Condos that are designed and upgraded already in power solutions.

The  450 inspectors of these Energy Audit companies will quickly become overwhelmed attending to the hundreds of thousands of Homes and Condos sold within the province.

Toronto Home sales have been down every month since the controversial Land Transfer Tax was initiated in 2008.

The Toronto Real Estate Market saw sales plummet 23 per cent in the first two weeks of February this year compared to last year. The average Toronto home price fell almost 8 per cent.

The specifics for this new mandatory energy audit on home sales still remain "fuzzy" and the logistics are still to be worked out.
