New Toronto Condos recorded a record breaking 2nd quarter according to Urbanation Inc.
The new Toronto Condominium Market broke every existing record in Q2-2011 with the most noteworthy, 9,455 Condo units sold, up 35 per cent from the previous record set in Q2-2007.
Over the last 12 months there has been 24,731 new Condominium sales breaking another record high of 22,654 set in Q4-2007.
It appears that the new supply of Toronto Condos is being absorbed into the resale Condos market.
