In July, buyers snapped up 1,986 new Toronto Condos, up 28 per cent from July 2010.
New Condos are everywhere from the Toronto Harbourfront to the exclusive Bloor St West and Yorkville areas.
The Toronto Condo market continues to out perform the U.S. markets.
About 40,000 additional Condos are under construction in Toronto with 16,000 ready to hit the market next year according to research firm Urbanation in their recent report.
