
Toronto Real Estate developer Great Gulf Group of companies was selected by Waterfront Toronto to be the first private sector development in the new East Bayfront neighbourhood.
Moshe Safdie, a Boston based architect designed the mixed-use Parkside one acre development to include a daycare Centre, potential office space and cultural space.
This Toronto Condominium project is expected to deliver a $200 million private sector investment in the East Bayfront community.
The location of the Parkside Condos is bounded by Lower Sherbourne, Queens Quay East and Lake Shore Boulevard.
