Vancouver is reporting Chinese investors are buying up Homes and Condos and property values are expected to rise.

Investors from mainland China are now interested in all areas in the Greater Vancouver Area.

Reasons for the new interest in both Vancouver Real Estate and Toronto Real Estate:

• Toronto and Vancouver Real Estate prices are seen as reasonable
• Chinese prefer the political and economic stability in Canada
• Canadian schooling is a big draw for China as well
• More wealthy Chinese are looking to invest outside China
• The Chinese prefer Canada for Education, Political and Economic stability
• The Chinese government is limiting the number of Condominiums one can buy, Chinese investors are looking to Canada to invest
