
The Toronto Real Estate Board reported 8,442 resales in June 2010 compared to 10,955 sales in the same month in 2009
Total Real Estate Sales were down for the 2nd consecutive month of 2010 for an average price of $435,034, up 8 per cent compared to the average of $403,972 recorded for June 2009..
The Toronto Real Estate Board reported that "The annual rate of growth in the second half of 2010 will be in the single digits."
Prices for Toronto Condos in the Central districts of Toronto were positive, with popular areas showing double digit increasesfrom the same period a year ago
Two standouts were North York Condos, C14 with an increase in price of 18 percent and C01 Downtown Condominiums with an increase of 11 percent in average price.
The average price statistics for Toronto Condos in several Toronto downtown and Central Real Estate districts for June 2010 were as follows:
