Toronto Real Estate agents reported 8,442 resales through the Multiple Listing Service ( MLS ) for the month of June 2010.
This represented a 23 per cent decrease compared to resales reported in June 2009. The average Toronto resale price was $435,034, up 8 per cent from June 2009.
