Toronto Condos like the Chaz pictured here are becoming more stylish and the architecture is breaking away from the few architects that were designing every new Toronto Condo in the same style.

Some of these Condos are erected on older building sites and hence bring new residents and the start of an exciting neighbourhood to tired parts of the city.

When we had an earlier Toronto Condo Blog post on the Chaz Condos on Charles Street, it appeared this could be a keeper in all the competitive Condominiums in the area like Casa Condos and The Bloor Street Neighbourhood Condos.
