Toronto Condos resale March results are showing a deceleration in price declines and in some Central districts (C04 ) an increase of 18 per cent over March 2008.

A reported 6,171 sales of Toronto resale Homes and Condos were down 7 per cent representing the smallest year over year declines in the last five months.

Several Central Real Estate Districts are showing Toronto Resale Condos moving higher in comparison to month over month, yearly comparisons.

Downtown Toronto Condos ( C01 ) declined 8.53 per cent in February and just 3 per cent in March..Other Condos in the Central Districts also showed a slowing of the declines in prices experienced over the last several months.
