Toronto combined residential Real Estate sales were down 35 per cent for the month of October.

The City of Toronto dropped 38 per cent and the 905 area was down 32 per cent.

Toronto Real Estate prices were also down 13 per cent while the GTA dropped 10 per cent.

Prices for Toronto Condos in the Central and Downtown districts of Toronto were better than these averages.

For example ( C01 ) was up 4 per cent from the same period last year and ( C14 ) increased 9 per cent over the same period.
