Toronto developers sold 5,415 new Condominiums in the first quarter of 2010. This represents the highest number of first quarter new Condo sales on record according to a Toronto Real Estate Marketing firm.

The average new Toronto Condo price per square foot, was $443, up from $418 in the fourth quarter of 2009.

Unsold Toronto Condominiums are asking for an average of $509 per square foot.
