Toronto Downtown Condos held their prices in August 2008.

The Toronto Real Estate figures showed the average price in the Greater Toronto Area ( GTA ) up 2 percent but the average price in the old City of Toronto were down 1 per cent. 

The average price for downtown resale condos in the Central Toronto Real Estate District of ( C01 ) increased 4 per cent from August 2007 to August 2008.
