The Toronto Real Estate Board reported 6,310 combined residential sales, down 23 per cent from September 2009.
The City of Toronto was down 25 per cent in residential sales from September last year and the 905 area, down 22 per cent
.
Average home prices increased 6.5 per cent in the City of Toronto and the GTA average resale home price was up 4.2 per cent from September 2009.
Average prices for Toronto Condos in the Central districts, we follow(the largest) were mixed, with several areas showing positive gains from the same period a year ago.
