Toronto Downtown Condos

Toronto Realtors reported some positive average price gains for Toronto Downtown Condos for the month of November.

Luxury Toronto Condos in the C03 Toronto Real Estate district reported the average resale Condo price of $771,278, an increase of 46 per cent year over year.

Condos in downtown Toronto C01 and C08 were down in average price by 1.17 and 1.09 respectively. These two Downtown Condo districts have the most resales in all the Toronto Central Real Estate Districts.

With record results in the first half of 2010, the Toronto Condo market should show positive results at year end.
