Sales and Prices for downtown Toronto Condos increased for March, this year.
It was positive news for all of the Condo MLS listings in the Central Toronto Districts.
| District | Average Price 2010 | Average Price 2009 | Increase and Percentage | Number of Condos Sold |

We always use the Toronto Real Estate Board's Market Watch (on all our web sites) and we prefer the average price to avoid confusion.
New Toronto Condo projects continue to come on to the resale Real Estate Market and they influence the stats in a positive way.
New York, Chicago or Miami would love to see the average price of Condominiums gain 24 per cent in a year, let alone the month of March!
We do have our concerns for the last half of 2010 when we will see interest rates rising and the HST take effect in July.
Toronto Condos downtown continue to offer great choices in price and location.
