In an annual survey in U.S. dollars Tokyo office space was the World's most expensive according to a new report on global Real Estate by Cushman & Wakefield Inc.

• Midtown Manhattan-$104.69
• Vancouver-$29.90
• Calgary-$28.22

• Toronto-$19.00

Globally, rents are expected to dip in the middle of 2010 before rebounding, a trend that follows the first annual average price decline since 2003.
