Toronto Real Estate re-sales continue their hot pace but MLS listings continue to decline. The first two weeks of October saw a 27 per cent decline in year over-year comparisons.
Real Estate experts are hoping homeowners will be more inclined to put their homes on the market after seeing reports of higher prices.
Most important for sellers is that the average price for Real Estate sales was $414,479, an increase of 17 per cent.
It appears that the buyers have confidence but the sellers are still reluctant to list, jut now.
For example sales of Real Estate in GTA climbed 34 per cent in the first two weeks of October compared with the same period last year.
