It looks like the Toronto Real Estate resale prices are showing a decline in sales and some strength after many negative months and prices are also gaining in strength.
Across Canada the resale market showed an increase of 8.6 per cent from January due to lower Mortgage rates and price.
On a year to year basis, sales are still down 31 per cent and prices have fallen 9.2 per cent according to CREA.
The average price for a home in the Greater Toronto Area was $365,499 compared to $385,405 one year ago.
February was the first month that sales and prices decelerated since September 2008.
The Toronto Real Estate market is starting its historic Spring Market and I think we will see some positive results for the price of Toronto Condos in some central downtown areas.
