It turned out to be the second best May for Toronto Real Estate resale homes.
Toronto home sales increased by 6 per cent to an average price of $485,520. The increase in price was probably due to a decrease in MLS listings resulting in a decrease of listing by 17 per cent, resulting in even more competition.
Here are some of the median prices for different types of homes sold during May's Toronto Real Estate market.
- Detached homes $505,000
- Semi-detached $395,000
- Condo Townhouses $305,000
- Condo Apartments $303,000
I prefer average prices regarding both Condos and Homes for sale in Toronto.
The average resale price of Toronto Downtown Condos in (C01) central district was $410,301, an increase of $18,438 or 4.7% from a year ago.
The other Central Toronto Downtown Condos in (C08) average resale price was $407,301, up $34,124 or 9.1% from just a year ago.
Downtown Toronto Condos continue their positive increases and there are so many more Condos under construction, we wonder when they will begin to decline in price.
