Toronto Realtors reported 8,476 sales, an increase of 64 per cent from October 2008.

The average price for these Toronto resale homes was $423,559 an increase of 20 per cent from the same period last year.

Downtown Toronto Condos were up 15 per cent to an average price of $398,788 from October 2008.

North York Condos average resale price, in (C14) were up 16 per cent to $338,703 from the same period.

The biggest increase in the Toronto Central Districts was (C02) that saw Condominiums rise $160,943, a huge 37 per cent increase.

More and more Toronto Condos are in the "pipeline" and will eventually appear on the Real Estate Market and the prices continue to rise.
