The Toronto Real Estate Market posted a June record of 10,955 real estate sales, up 27 per cent from one year earlier.

This record month of Toronto resale Homes and Condos show that there is a strong housing market in Toronto and the GTA. Confidence is returning to the Toronto Market and sales in the ( C01 ) downtown Condo Market saw sales increase from 276 last year to 400 sales this year, a 45 per cent increase.

The average resale price in Toronto was $403,972 an increase of two per cent compared to June 2008.

Several downtown Central Toronto Real Estate Districts reported an  increase in resale prices over last year as well.
