Buyers are back in the Toronto Real Estate Market. After a weak fall and dismal winters buyers returned to the Market and new and resale results are improving month over month since January.

The new Toronto Condo Impending Harmonization Tax scheduled for July 2010 could put a damper on Real Estate sales. Builders will now consider if new development is worth the risk were buyers will be reluctant to pay more taxes.
