The good news is that most investors bought Condos in the boom years of 2006 and 2007 with those units coming on to the Toronto Real Estate Market towards 2099 and 2010.
After that the supply of rental units in the Toronto Condo Market will be a wait and see scenario.
Toronto Real Estate offers a wide supply of Condos in various locations and various prices. There is still a great choice for Condo Purchasers in the Downtown, Harbourfront and North York Areas of the city.
