Toronto Real Estate re-sales were up 28 per cent in September, 2009 from the same month last year.

The average Toronto price for Condos and Homes was up 10 per cent from September, 2008.

Year to date sales were up 4.5 per cent compared to the first nine months of 2008.

Existing Toronto Condo and Home price growth continue to out pace 2008 levels and the Toronto Real Estate Board is looking for 80,000  sales by the end of 2009.
