The developer of the Toronto Ritz-Carlton Hotel and Condos has launched a new bid to sell their last unsold units. They are offering a $250,000 vacation allowance and a private concert featuring the Canadian tenors next week to find buyers for 29 suites at the Residences at Ritz-Carlton.
The Ritz-Carlton is a luxury 53 storey tower under construction on Wellington Street. just west of Simcoe Street.
The travel incentive should prove interesting, buyers will receive up to $250,000 to pay for airfare and accommodations at any Ritz-Carlton property, in areas like Barcelona, Hawaii, Bali and Dubai. These buyers are entitled to one vacation per year up to 10 years.
The good news, construction has now reached the 21st floor with almost 200 workers at the building site.
This is another example how different the Toronto Real Estate market is from the Vancouver Condo market and shows our Toronto Condos are still very popular with international and local buyers.
